When I was pregnant with Audrey, everything I read talked about how babies who are still in the womb can hear what's going on in the "outside" world and therefore, you should read and play music to your growing baby to stimulate their brains. Lucky for me this was easy. I was teaching Kindergarten at the time so Audrey got to listen to an insane amount of books each day and was able to participate in many active and fun children's songs. Now, I don't know if all that research is true but I do know that my child has a strong love for books and music (preferrably hip hop- ha ha). That could just be her personality or maybe there is some truth to it all. I guess if it was 100% true then Audrey would also know how to walk in a straight line without talking in the hall, how to raise her hand when she needs something, and she would have SOME fear that she might get in trouble when I say "NO!" or "I'm going to count to 3 and if you don't stop, you will go to time out!" Heaven knows she heard more than her fair share of threatening and raised voices while in the womb. But alas, no luck there. She must have heard it so much that it became a joke to her because all she does is laugh at me when I try to be stern and tell her "NO!"
But to my point, Audrey LOVES to dance. I have gotten some really great video of it but I'm not sure how to transfer it from my video camera to my computer so my sister posted a video that she got on youtube. The link is below if you care to see Audrey dancing. It is really short but you will get the idea quickly. She looks like she is tap dancing and her arms are constantly moving. It is hilarious!

I'm making you work for this one. :) SORRY!! (if all you advanced bloggers know how to get a youtube video onto a blog, please let me know!!)**
